How to use Manage Auto Runs

Manage Auto Run is very simple to use. When you start up Manage Auto Runs it shows a list box  it shows a list box with few programs in it. When you click on an item it shows the information about that below.

To simplify the task Manage Auto Run shows auto run  programs in two categories.

  1. All Users - Can only be managed by Administrators.
  2. Current User - Can be managed by current logon user.
  3. Show All - Shows the above two in one list. Can only be managed by administrators.

Besides showing the Auto Run Programs program also allows you to remove them or add new programs to automatically run at start up.

Just press the add button and you will see a new window. Select a program you  want to launch at start up and add description to it. The program will now automatically run at startup.

To remove a program from start up, select a program and press the delete button. Manage Auto Run will warn you that action cannot be undone. Press yes to continue and the program will be removed from the start up.
